Have any of you re-installed the game? I see one person said they reinstalled ARC, but what about the game itself? Have you installed it to a different path? What video card do you have? Are your driver's up to date? Can you start he PC in safe mode with network enabled? Can you start the game with the PC in safe mode?
Do you have the game installed through STEAM or through ARC? The sale notice kind of hides the fact its an ARC sale so if you are using STEAM and make the purchase in game it goes through the steam wallet. I have not tested this but in the past this meant I did not get the ARC bonuses.
