• i plan on buying a lifetime subscribtion on july third but how can i if i cant even buy zen in game or on the main website with my debit card. i received my monthly 500 zen on jun 19th and since then i havent been able to purchase anymore. i have sent in tickets posted in the forums and still havent received an answer.

• cant purchase zen through arc or the main STO website. says my my card is invalid but i had purchased zen 2 days ago. this will make it difficult to purchase a lifetime next month.

• yes i am having my hotbar actions move, rearrange, and disappear. i set them up, save them, then jump to an area and their back to where they were. i cant even fly my odyssey cause the glitches is so bad and it started after the episode update
