Still no word from support its been a few days now. Even a 5 word reply of "We are looking into it" would be good enough, but we have not even had that.

It is a bug. http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=705691 I have been waiting for a long time now for a reply from support, or at least a comment on the above thread from someone higher up. Nothing yet... I really want to use the fleet ship :( Maybe I will be more careful spending my money here next time.

Wrong. I found this: Taken from here: http://sto.perfectworld.com/news/?p=883911 That link may be slightly old (and yes, I know that the info was subject to change) but it does state that we should be able to use the console. Almost definitely a bug.

I was thinking (its what I do when sto doesn't work)... Roughly how many people can the sto servers handle anyone know a rough number? I got from 16k to around 14k in the queue then it timed out and I am at 22k now.
