I have done 15 of them as per the mandated grind of the last few weeks and I think there was only one occasion where it didn't take 30 seconds. Borg and Tholian in particular just scream old content that hasn't been refreshed for years and years of power creep.

Yesterday I was in the "Assimilate the Barbarians" Borg DSE and was literally shoved to one side by a "phantom" Cube spawning in right on top of me. It disappeared (along with the other 20 ships) about 1.5 seconds later, long enough for my hangar frigates' buffs to be triggered.
