• Nevermind. I had to select it on the Head tab first, and then it appeared on the Uniform tab. Weird.

• Okay... update. When I load a Bridge Officer, I get a drop-down in the upper right to swap between MACO and Uniform. But that doesn't exist on the tailor screen for my captain.
