I am stuck I cannot access starbase 24 it won't let me transwarp to the location so I keep having to drop the mission .

I have a issue with my character David wayne he still has a old original series communicator even though he now has the 24th century type combadge and i still get the old 23rd century transporter effect even though it should be 24rg century to 25th style
