I do. Thanks for checking. There are two different achievements for Risa. Vacation Vistas is for visiting the 10 birds/scenic overlooks. Restful Resort is for completing all of the accolades on the planet. I'm not even going to bother trying for Restful Resort as some of those accolades look like they would take forever…

I followed the map on the wiki and visited each bird. Then I did it again. Then I did it on another character. Both times I got the "big year" accolade, but no achievement... Hopefully these get fixed soon, I'm losing patience with this game. Especially since my character can no longer spend skill or specialization points…

Response to my support ticket was bascally: "this appears to be an unreported bug. Maybe it will be fixed some day, maybe not. kthxbai"

Yeah, I can't spend any points at all either. Worked the character up to level 5X and now that time was basically wasted.

I am also having this problem on Xbox One. Got to "redacted" and now there is no anomaly spawning to scan. I can't leave the system either, so I'm stuck unless I drop the mission.
