• Ok problem fixed. I found after the latest patch the chimera heavy destroyer in the store of the ship requisition Npc. so you can get it for existing characters at the time of subscription.

• For the romulans it is said in the faq that the veteran rewards are not all yet implemented, especially those special for romulan. So only new characters could get the ship? Do you see it in the store?
