I am interested to see how many pages this thread gets to before the devs return from the weekend. More players seem to be falling victim to this glitch by the hour. Double edged sword there of course, more players are suffering but it increases the speed of a fix.
Look guys the devs are gone for the weekend and won't be back until Tuesday. They really have other more pressing bugs to fix atm, many are complaining of uniforms not properly fitting their characters. Once the other major bugs are fixed they will make sure we can play or at least tell us our characters are lost forever…
Well bugs do happen, if our characters are lost for good at least tell us so we can move on. Oh well we won't recieve any word for at least the next 3-4 days so lets juts chill.

Actually 3 days seems the middle road some are saying 5 days and running. Given they have known about this issue going back to beta and given that they seem to not be able to do an easy fix. I think we are in for a long wait. It is just not effecting enough people, sure we are vocal but we are still a minority.
I was considering putting money into this game several days ago but fat chance now, 3 days locked out. Astonishing you have this many player characters frozen and no word or time frame for a fix. You people (Devs/owners/whatever) were not prepared for this launch and it tells me STO will never be anything but a second rate…

Look I don't understand all the anger on here they are explaining what is going on and giving us a time frame for a fix. They COULD just ignore us and give no response but obviously that would make them a pretty poor company.
