Evening, I'm having a slight problem with my account. I'm aware that I can't withdraw from fleet bank or purchase from fleet stores as I am still an Ensign within the fleet, however I also can't post anything or reply to posts within the BSC community forum. Is that also related to my current rank? Kind Regards
