What about us who never downloaded with Pando? I can't stand the sight of Pando, this does nothing to help me. Besides, if you read back you'd realise this was intentional (apparently :P)

Got booted, ran tracert and got hung up at Cogent again. @anazonda, it's sporadic at best, it might not affect you but it's definitely affecting others.
