I like it. However, I have some suggestions: SHIP ABILITIES Each type of ship would have different modifiers to Boarders. Cruisers would have more Personnell, and thus would be hard to Capture/hold a department while under constant attack from lots of people. I fully understand the whole 'Owned-by-State' thing. Maybe it would be a choice, like the NX prefix in the C-Store. Buy it, 'quip it, see it in space kind-of-thing. They need a special interior for the Galaxy that would make it look like it did in the TNG Shows, like the TOS Pack. Heck, i'd buy it even if it were in the Zen store. Plus, an NX-01 Interior or a special Voyager interior like they did with the Belfast would be great.
