• I'm at 14 days now - still banned and still no update on ticket. I'm a bit astonished at the lack of movement on this. I understand LoR was a big update and then there was Memorial Day, but still - two weeks?

• exactly a week later - still banned and support ticket sitting in open status. A bit disappointing tbh. I kinda regret getting a LTS now :(

• same thing happened to me - banned for mentioning the spam mail. Opened a ticket about it. 48 hours plus now and ticket is still open
