There is also a KDF fleet called Shattered Wings, which is the KDF affiliate fleet. You can ask anyone in the Broken Wings to have someone invite you for the Shattered Wings fleet for your KDF characters. ^.^ The same stuff for the rules and such are the same as above, so I'm not writing all that out again.
