I can confirm this, the white text on the bottom left of the character select is still there, but it is still playable.

I'll add my bug here: My temporal recruit, made in the last hours of that event, and not played between then and Jan 1, has the 23c. Tactical starter kit affected by this bug.

Denas@Crazy_Phil is missing the 23c. Tactical starter kit. Annoying as she is my only Temporal Agent and transfering maps hasn't worked, and she has a new kit ready to use.

Ok, it seems that the option to select either DX9 or DX11 is missing on the Steam client all together, so my second problem is solved. And as for the first, there is a whole other thread concerning non-detection of the latest AMD drivers.

Ok. So, it looks like I might miss the TA recruitment event, but is there a confirmation, from a Dev, that TOS-toons will still be able to be made? I agree that it would be a waste of dev time if we can't after tonight. But as stated, the Dev Blogs have not been clear on this.

A fix for the ship speficic consoles being deleted, is to un-equip the console, then upgrade the ship, and re-equip via selecting a loadout. I tested this with a HEC and its TPDS. Both items can coexist. The orange versions are "bind to account" where as the blue are "bind to character".
