Ditto- I've got past the login twice. First time, the launcher did nothing. Second, STO loaded but decided to timeout before getting past the "Cryptic" bit of the game proper. Kinda miffed since I only need one token to get the Mirror event bonuses

Warp shadows is there to provide an extra buffer for mission critical "scanning" If you're doing azure nebula rescue and it looks hairy/close to the wire. Don't engage. KDFs can't. And even if they could, infinite, account-wide access would lessen the value of lock-box keys and allow KDF Roms to spend that 2 million+ EC on other stuff. That and the obscene amount of contraband they can get from Doffs might be enough to make me change faction completely.
