• I dont think they have finished replacing them yet since they have to do it manually. I still have a T5 Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carrier. I also just got the Dreadnought box in a key roll and it did give a proper T6 this time. Just waiting on the replacements for the T5 is all.

• What about the 900 Lobi crystal ship that was listed as a T6 - Jem'Hadar heavy escort carrier. When I got mine it was T5 instead of T6. Will these be replaced with the correct T6 version as well?

• Got another response from support. Pretty much just said they are aware and working on a fix still.

• After 5 days i got a ticket response... They asked for the date and time of the event. Submitted it and so far nothing else 2 days later.

• I tried live chat and all they said was create a ticket and that they could not do anything for me as my issue didnt fall under a proper category...

• Same here pretty much puts a roadblock on federation quest progression. Stuck with chasing encounters to level until this is fixed
