same problem but I know how to fix it!!! Go into the ship "Tailor" and the parts should come back. This happened when the added more "Parts" to the ship, a similar thing happened to my Catian carrier when the T6 version came out with new parts.

I had this STF did not reward it's "normal" marks, I still get the random STF marks at least. This has also happened at least twice before on different characters. Is this buyout 1to1? Because I have 2450/3000 progress but the z store wants to charge me 570. I tried to make a bug report but it won't submit properly.
