Just to update: good news, today's patch on PS/4 game fixed this problem.

Eh, not *that* annoying. "Affects some fleets but not others" is another potentially useful datapoint, at least. 😊

Sure! This is what happens when I try to contribute dilitihium: In the (new) screen for contributing DOFFs, it doesn't bring up available DOFFs for the department(s) being contributed, which I believe it was doing at first. Edit Duty Officers does let me bring up a list to select from, and I'm able to select DOFFs to…
