Thank you for the info I am running a Discovery-era Captain. I'll just have to move on to the next story arc until it gets fixed.

I didn't receive my dillitium either today I got the 480 for the event but no bonus dillitium as well now says next reward 12,000 in 20 hrs

yep bugs getting really bad just got a leave penalty for the new event we got 19 transports but no.20 was a no show spent 10 minutes trying to find it two teammates left before me . Tell me again why I should spend money on this TRIBBLE??

ever since season 10 the only way I can get this game to play is in safe mode.... If I try and run it regular it just crashes Ive sent tickets and emails tried everything they suggest nothing works its getting down right stupid I am very grateful I no longer support this game with my money.

If the game client doe's not crash it times out. This has been going on for weeks many tickets sent in with no responce. The only way I can log into the game is in safe mode.

I cancelled my gold sub back in sept. last year never once since then have I seen a charge from this game.

That might be the case I had it unpacked on the one toon that ran the race and bought it at the vender but this year I also reran it on another toon fearing that there would not be a fix in time.. In any case I just logged in first with the toon that ran the race this time and the discount was applied thanks cryptic.

Thank you I could not have said this any better. I tried the upgrade system once it still hurts to sit down. Well I am seeing people go in my fleet. It started with season 9.5 the big r&d revamp and has really gotten worse with delta rising. Sorry I put the 40 pics in only thing that changed is now I need 960 more pics and yes I have the ship on three toons but......they got it the first year there was no rep system then just had to turn your pics into the holliday vender when you reached 1000 :)

I also agree with you I would hope that they would leave it like it is for the remainder of the holliday event wether its working right or not but givin the past few monthes I can see them changing it back once a fix is in place and working. But for now I too say thank you cryptic for being fair in this matter.

I do agree with you I have seen many many many threads over the past four years. However I have not seen this game in such a bad shape ever. And before anyone says what about when Atari owened it I was here then yes we had a big lack of content but it was not and I repeat was not a flat out money grab like it is now.

I also agree as well. I tried the upgrade system just on my fleet space set after wiping out my stock of ec and dil I got to mk13 and there was only a one point difference across the board for all three pieces. That left a bad taste in my mouth and I have not tried to upgrade another item nore will I. So here I am nolonger…

I have the same issue have the warship on three toons but my other alt toons still need 1000 q pics to get the ship bug ticket has been sent. im sure the event will be over before they read it

Yup still trying to charge me a thousand q pics as well. And I have that darn ship on two of my main toons. Ticket has been submitted but im sure the event will be well over before it gets read.
