I'd write a ticket if I even knew how. Doesn't even seem to be such an option directly on PS4, and that makes it harder to get help. Also, 3 months to address preiko's ticket, only to blame the players is plain stupid.

What is needed to get some attention to the issue? Sadly PS4 doesn't have a way to file a glitch report from in-game, and its forum defaults to the PC forum, making it harder to get issues addressed. Is bumping allowed? This thread needs to be dealt with, not fade into the boards. Staff needs to acknowledge the issue and make efforts to remedy it, but they won't know if this becomes many pages deep into the boards.

Saber1973a, "Law" box description says if you already have "Law" in your roster, you will receive a random rate Romulus Duty Officer instead. The whole point of it being a reward for a repeatable mission is so you can get rare Romulus Duty Officers, while the "Law" you get for the first run is Very Rare Quality, not Rare.

I'm having the same problem with "Law", haven't gotten to the others yet.
