So I have been running into a bug recently on xbox where your choice or item has been highlighted but the previous item is the one on display. The other day, I got my legendary romulan pack and when presented with the choice of which faction to choose, I was going to choose the klingon faction. The choice was highlighted and I selected the klingon faction but for some reason, the game said that I chose the federation faction. It has pretty much cost me 9,000 zens and I can’t just redeem the pack again or anything.

@"darkstar#8047" I have already tried that but it says in its description, that you can only reclaim the pack once per account. Not per character. And the items (not including ship) are bound to character so you can’t move it to another romulan character
