• Yes, I have. Niether storyline wrappers appear in 'available' for the characters effected, either with Jorel Quinn or Franklin Drake who the wiki says gives out the wasteland wrapper.

• The way the blog is worded lends me to believe that they are faction specific. since the blog put (Fed) and (KDF) after each of the ships this lends the impression of the ships being faction specific.
