I have this problem as well. I have upgraded two ships to T6-X and can't access the ship i want to play. I have also used the free respect token they have provided which was to help with boff abilities not being accessible and it still does not work. Hopefully they will fix this very soon. Opened a ticket as well.

I have had the same issue of not being able to play tfo's on my kdf tac. I did what wraithmeister said and now have access to the TFO menu screen and options again.
