I would suggest that the maintenance period is at least ten times longer than it should be. I wouldn't expect my Starfleet cruiser to spend 20 hours in drydock after completing a 3 hour mission. I could see if I had some critical failure but the missions all succeeded. This very long maintenance period puts a huge damper…

Please do for the Cardassians what you did for the Romulans. Make them into a faction. Cardassian Defense Force with the Federation and True Way with the Klingons after level 10. So much of that content can be folded into a 'Legacy of Cardassia' section of our game here. It seems like a no brainer. The work is half done.…

I know you guys think the lock boxes have saved Star Trek online from certain death but all it has done is delayed the inevitable. Players hate these because the chances of getting them is so low that its not worth doing. Odds are nearly better of hitting the Powerball.
