  • Still haven't heard anything from them. Makes you wonder why you committed to lifetime back in beta and this is the kind of TRIBBLE you deal with 5 years later. Pretty sad.

  • I have sent a support ticket, and if I don't get a reply I'll follow up and mention that others are having this issue. Regardless, I will post my findings once they come available.

My internet is fast and reliable (most of the time), but when I play STO I can get about 5 minutes of gameplay but then I lose connection to the server.
