Are these ships account wide unlocks for all characters (faction limited of course)? For lifetime subs and/or 1000 vets? Or are they one ship claim per account? Not sure how the current destroyers work and if these will be the same. Thanks!

I am also having trouble logging in. The launcher tells me "too many attempts, try again later" after entering my CORRECT password one time. Tried it on two different computers with the same issue. Both are Macs if that is a factor. Was able to launch game and log on fine last night.
