I finally got my level 10 ship, when I leveled at 20. No ship for 20 and still no duty officer cadre. PWE has yet to really address this issue. The problem is definitely not with some missed missions.

That is what I got from PWE too, but I never received that mission. I did finally get my centurian free ship, at level 21. Ridiculous! But no free ship for 20. So....

I am having the same problem with my new Romulan character. Put in a bug report and got some canned answer about not reporting my missions, but I have reported all of the mission I have had. It is really frustrating, because I am almost level 20 and still don't have my level 10 ship. Some of these space battles are pretty…
