• I happen to have a Klingon faction toon that hasn't done any Delta quadrant missions, and she was able to complete the mission. Looks like it's just a Fed issue.

• I've also reported the issue. I'm wondering if it's bugged because of moving Burgess. Does anyone know where he's currently located?
