My question is this. If you grind Military Fxp and have enough to upgrade to a higher tier, do you have to upgrade the base as well to keep going? Let me try to explain. OK, correct me If i am wrong, but this is what I am picking up so far. Yes, basically once you get any ONE of the three branches up to Tier 1 (lets say military for example), it gives you 1,000 FXP which lets you upgrade the starbase to Tier one.
