I really enjoy the updated CCE but it could do with just a small decrease in MU ships imho. Even my GFX struggled to keep up and caused the action to lag quite bad. I completely agree. It seems that some are in a big hurry to get everything just for the sake of saying "I got it all". It doesn't work in Real Life like that, and it shouldn't here. Work for it like everyone else. Quit being in such a hurry and enjoy life (the game) for all it provides.

I've come across this issue as well. I have sent numerous tickets for various reasons. Get an onscreen notice stating what the ticket number is but, when you open "View My Tickets"....there's nothing there. My advice, write down the ticket number and spam support with this until they respond. They will eventually.

Yeah, I was kinda wondering something along the same lines. Read in another forum post where the OP was claiming to easily earn 100M (100,000,000) EC in a day. I, too, think that's bs but if someone can explain how that's possible, I'd like to learn. The best I've managed is only a few hundred thousand.

Maybe it's been taken off Netflix since but, I got every single episode, movie, and spin-off from Netflix. Copied it into my home theatre and recently watched everything in the correct order it should have aired. Awesome show and wish they did better with Crusade than they did. What Cryptic/PWE could also do is add a rare drop of a key and/or an ultra-rare drop of a pack of 5. This would help feed the frenzy to buy even more. They could also include it in a manner similar to the Hidden Lobi Scavenger Hunt except even more rare.
