yes, i agree that the tfo's should all have an elite option, but that will not stop some folks from running their super ships in lower settings. a casual setting with some sort of restrictions would allow new players and those who aren't here to be "uber" a place to play "casually" is all i'm saying. make it ridiculously…

instead of making more content that is geared for super high dps players that the average player cannot enjoy, how about a "casual" difficulty setting to accomodate those who aren't married to the game?

i am sure that they are as frustrated as we are as it is affecting all of their games. figure out where we are on their list of top grossing games, and you will have a timeline for when STO will be fixed.

ok, if i am seeing this correctly, some people have been able to log in the entire time that most of us haven't, and the server is still up. i realize we will get an extension of the event to compensate, so most of us get back 2 days, while the select few get 2 extra days. how will you make things fair for all?

extending the events is great, but how about the hours of marks and dilithium grinding we are missing? we are losing more than event progress, and some of us have limited time to do these things. i realize that stuff happens, i just hope we get more than an event extension to compensate.
