Why yes, Ryae VII is a Vorta refugee. She now works with Starfleet in the recovery and operations of salvaged Dominion vessels. The sleek teal (Gemini) lines show the elite vessels in this fleet. Looking forward to more additions to my fine crew in Victory is Life!

For this logic to be true, it would have to be that Lock Box Ships weren't equivalent to Fleet Ships.

So how come these debuff players wouldn't be able to beat a team event but they would be able to defeat the elites that would be unlocked by that event?
