I had huge issues with Romulans kicking my rear at first, too. Rapid death. I helped myself by getting +damage resist rating consoles, and also re-doing my Boffs. I hadn't really set them up right, or at all. Now I use all the debuff clearing powers, and I set them to auto fire when debuffed, not at hull %. I think there…
