Forgive my ignorance, but how long does it take to restart the servers? Asking for a friend.

Managed to get into the game, but all my graphic settings have reset to what looks like Windows ME. Closed the game and cannot get back in. I will keep trying.

Just tried it with another Toon. Same thing, only this times the loading screen freezes and goes non responsive. Oh well one of these days we may get an expansion with no bugs ;)

I cannot even load the Azure Rescue Mission. It just crashes to desktop. Fingers crossed it is patched with the next update.

Pretty sure it is the whole competition. Still not surprised, getting used to being stitched up by these monkeys for not living in the US. Keep your router and LTS, as I am perfectly happy living in the United Kingdom of Great Britain.

Tried it on space earlier and it worked. Managed to claim the reward.

Yup just done a PVP, first everinfact and it did not complete. Not going to bother to be honest. I dont throw money at the game and got totally wasted.

Thank you for your suggestions. In regards to: 1) Already tried this. Makes no differance. 2) Not tried this before. I did however try this earlier for a short period of time and got further with no failure. I will try for longer once todays maintenance is complete. Thank you for your help, it is appreciated.

Here we are over a month after the first post and still getting crashes. Cannot get Terran marks as crashes to desktop repeatedly on Counterpoint and anything ground based is unplayable. No way am I spending any money until it is stable. Kind of thinking the Devs dont know what it is... Prove me wrong!

We run two laptops at home, desktops to bulky and I really dont have the space. Both are differant manufacturers and still it does the same thing in the same spots. And they are both relativly new. Getting really frustrated.

Stuck on DS9. Crashes after character selection on the DS9 loading screen, Freezes and crashes back to desktop. I get random crashes, but since the update to season 14 it was annoying, but playable. Worse on ground maps. I have even tried on a different machine and still cannot get off of DS9 Unplayable now and after…

Yup same as everyone else. Freeze on loading,with occasional in game freezing. Be nice to see Cryptic do something about it, but I would be surprised if they fix it.

What worked for me is go to C drive. Find your ARC folder. Open this there is an executable icon for "Repair ARC" double click. Wait for it to complete and then enter the game. It worked for me. I hope it helps you get back playing too.

I am having the same problem. On Windows 10 and ARC will not even start now.
