I've been a lifer since beta despite what it says here. I emailed support 4 days ago and still waiting for a reply.

After FOUR days I got an automated response suggesting that I drop the mission and try again. That's the first thing I tried, but the "Drop Mission" box is greyed out! I got my free ship, used up the token but it was still asking me to claim my free ship. So I deleted the new ship to try again, but I can't afford it now. So now my char is completely stuck and unable to do anything unless a GM does anything to help. As if there's any chance of that :(
