• One day from event finishing Cryptic did not fixed problem still stuck in retrieving reward. Terrible Customer Service. They close ticket acknowleging a bug.

• You have closed ticket and you have not resolve the issue. It appears you are more driven by metrics than actual customer satisfaction.

• I agree with your theory but the fact is Tokens are the same and now I'm stuck and they are not even acknowleging the issue fast enough.

• Cant Reset the event stuck at Reward collection. Days have gone by and still stuck this is not fair Cryptic!

• I have not find what's the problem it keeps giving me a failure and sending me to check inventory. But there is space and room for the new officer. Please help I'm stuck I cant play events since is not giving me reward.:mad:
