I just thought of something... Has anyone gotten through queue only to realize after getting in that they selected the wrong character? I can't imagine how bad that would make me feel...

omg I had no idea the queue was this bad right now lol. I've been playing all day on my Klingon, the queue was only like 10k this morning, then just now decided to hop to my Romulan, to find myself in 24856th place... You'd think they'd at least set up a 30 second grace period or something where your spot on the server is…

zomg I just got in!!!!! and I am a silver, having started at an unmoving 238 position in the queue. so yes this confirms silvers can get in. lets see how long I can stay in though lol...

well this just sucks... I finally managed to get the Character Creation screen to load correctly and spend half an hour customizing my Romulan, only to have the servers go down with no warning before I could save my character. Next time post a freakin warning that can be seen while in Character Creation...

The problem is that the company is run by the investors instead of the developers. The investors only care for profits, and one of the single fastest ways to cut into your profits is to get more bandwidth. This company runs multiple games on the same servers to save money, but obviously this makes for a terrible gaming…

I finally got in, but the character creation process is super screwed up right now. All the text boxes that decribe whatever it is your selecting are all misshaped, causing the text to not appear. So I have no idea what I'm selecting except for things that have a picture. And even worse, it continuously roles me as Science…

lol now I'm stuck at this point as well. Attempt to login with my Fed/Klingon characters, and it hangs up on Retrieving Maps before logging me back out. And completing the creation process for my Romulan character does the same thing.

My connection speed is 50 mbps. This 6GB patch should have taken just under 15 minutes to download. 3 hours into the patch though I've only managed 280MB, which translates into I think 20kbps. 50mb vs 20kb? something seems wrong with that... This patch is absolutely terrible. 250MB out of 6.1GB completed so far and its been about 2 hours since I started patching.
