If you set the default difficulty to Advanced in the filter, you will not see Forged in Fire. If you set difficulty to normal, it will appear. This is a bug and has been reported to support.

If the Defera crafting quests are broken and not to be fixed, why are they not just removed from the game. I end up frustrated and wasting my time trying to find out if I did something wrong.
