I have had to as well. Made a shortcut to the desktop to access STO. ARC still will work for ZEN purchase, and properly apply it to STO. Removing and reinstalling ARC did not resolve the login issue for me.. The game runs in its usual fashion, with the usual amount of occasional glitches :o

I also had this happen at the title says. I did not read anywhere if the ships should be stripped of gear before upgrade to them. However, on Tribble at least, I no longer have my V.A.T.A. weapon. It is in the interglatic bit & byte bucket. If this is a bug, I dont see it listed as known.

This too is an issue I have, only on tribble. Recopied character three times with same result. I did not report though as I am not having this issue on hollowdeck. I guess I just assumed it is inherent to all the ship frames they have been reworking and would be on top of it..
