Still says 4/28....that's my point[/quote] He was probably in a rush and accidentally hit the 4 instead of the 3. It's a very common and understandable mistake, as long as people know what he actually meant, then it really doesn't matter much.

I just thought about something, the private queues allow a single player to do a task force, what if cryptic were to put in a minimum player count of, for example, 2 players in order to play a private instance? That should cut down on the number of bots at least for a little while.

I don’t know if this will get me in hot water or not, but I was on YouTube and learned that some players are bot farming dilithium in game, some of whom have hidden themselves to avoid being caught. This alone can heavily affect the exchange rate in a negative way. So, deal with the bot farmers, help the exchange rates.…
Was looking at that twitter thread and it had me thinking, the events put out a heck of a lot of dilithium and hate to admit it, but that is also contributing to the issue.

Have it cost x amount of dilithium to unlock each simulation? Or maybe allow players to sink dil into further developing unused areas on ESD?…

The only real issue is the cost. If the cost is low enough, players shouldn’t have too much of a problem. Thing is that everyone fears that the cost is going to be massive and it doesn’t necessarily have to be.
> @rattler2 said: > Both used to cost ECs. That was removed and is now free. I doubt making it cost Dilithium is going to be popular. It may not be popular, but a lot of worthwhile solutions are unpopular. Think of it this way, there are countless ways to get dilithium either through mining, DOFF missions or quests in…
What if dilithium were to be used for its original purpose…as starship fuel? In this scenario, it would cost the player a small amount of dilithium to fly around the galaxy and thus create a reoccurring sink for individual players.

With the latest season of Star Trek Strange New Worlds, we got to see the latest interpretation of the Gorn species. I kinda have a soft spot for those cold blooded scalie creatures and think that the Gorn in Star Trek Online should have a tail option in character customization to reflect the latest incarnation. It would…
That’s with captains and bridge officers though, with people you have different sizes and builds just like in real life, as far as ships, you are stuck with one size of ship per class of ships.
Idk about changing ship sizes. To me that would throw the scale of everything out of wack. As far as maneuverability, they already have something for that via the endeavor system and various consoles.
Ok, these ideas involving Khitomer and Aliance Command look very promising to me. If only the Dev team could see these ideas, they may like them enough to implement them or some version of them into the game, pure gold.
