Thanks for the information gfreeman98. I had sent a ticket in and I was told to not use patchserver2 in this process. They asked me to try a few things and specifically point to patchserver.crypticstudios.com. I will see what I get from them,

I have the same problem. It takes forever for my launcher to start the game, forever to select a character and at least 2-5 times of trying before I can get into game.
