Change instance then and report if it really bothers you. And no they didn't get "attacked" some toons ran up and jumped about next to them and maybe danced and said some stupid things in zone chat and the toon that was attacked either ignored it or played along. After some thoughts it's not a daily limit that's needed. It's a 45min cool down on contributing more than 5% to a single project in the first 24 hours. And you won't be slowed down as much as a daily limit on total contributions would.
