Yes! I support a T6 Oberth. First, generally speaking, because I think everyone should be able to fly the ship of their choice at T6, and, second, more specifically, I love this ship, the Star Trek III era its design evokes, and its size. I think it and the Nova would be great science scout ships. Please start introducing…
I'd love to get the Tardigrade species in the game as part of a mission. Would be interesting if we could attempt to gain back their trust. I'd like a Discovery medical badge with the different ranks like the science, operations, and command badges. Those civilian outfits the away team wore to the Orion camp would be…
Further observations: * Rank pins seem to be broken too. No LT JG on my Human Male Engineering Boff. * Skirt color palette broken on Male Tactical Android Boff. * Nausicaan Male Engineering Federation Diplomacy Boff legs disappear completely when applying skirt. Oh, and +1 in support of getting Discovery boots available…
Enthusiastically voicing my support for a T6 Oberth! It has always been my favorite ship, and probably always will be. I fly it as often as possible. Its innovative design and frequent use in multiple TV series and movies makes it a ubiquitous part of Star Trek. I think it deserves the same amazing skin and model updating…
I fully endorse and support the campaign to get a T6 Nova in the game. I would also like to see the following ships get a T6 modern ship era variant: * Luna Class (Maybe call it the Titan class?) * Oberth Class (call it the Pegasus class?) * T6 Star Cruiser Class (a.k.a. the space whale) * Olympic Class (or, just let us…
Yes!!!! I am also coveting the possibility of an Oberth update and remodel. My favorite ship, hands down. A T6 Miranda/Reliant gives me hope that, eventually, we'll see that happen. This new Miranda/Reliant ship is gorgeous, though. I can't wait to grab it the first moment I can. How about a science 9 pack? 3 Feddie…
Cryptic didn't do enough research into the company's long-term financial health and viability before partnering with them, and now they have egg on their faces. Given how inconsistent they are with their product quality (great ship visuals and design vs broken tailor options and bugs that have been in the game for years),…
Add my love to the Oberth. I was hooked on Trek the moment I saw that ship on screen. I'd also love a T6 version of it. If nothing else, it would be interesting to see STO update its design for the current time period. Other feddie contenders are the Nebula and the Luna. KDF side, I love the Nausicaan Vandal and Scourge…
OMG a possible Gorn split/defection would be fascinating. Maybe Feds and Rommies could have Gorn eventually? Maybe that's why there's been a proverbial dragging of feet to fix the 'bug' that didn't unlock the TOS Gorn costume, to be in line with whatever additional work is needed to make Gorn characters cross faction? I…
As much as I appreciate your positivity, OP, I think the Discovery they showed us at the convention was a swing and a miss. Rather than figuring out the best way to 'build' it, I think it's in our best interest to shove it down the Planetkiller's maw and come up with a better looking, more functional looking ship…
It has pants, but they're not labeled "Kelvin." You need to mouse over each option to see the Kelvin indicator. I like the uniform, it's just a shame they didn't use the Federation Uniform Palette for it.
It's fun! Unfortunately, I've been on two runs where the Gorn engineer who shuts down the sub-consoles gets stuck on terrain, and the mission can't progress.
I had a frustrating experience finding the P'Jem one too. It wasn't found by scanning. I think they need to make our tricorder able to find them, pop their location on the map, or use the Risa artifact scanning mechanic.
No more dilithium sinks, please. Just because it's a bit easier to get dilithium in the game, doesn't mean it's 'easy'; especially for players who can't get into the game as often as others. Easier does not equal easy.
This isn't a "minor" change. It's an unwelcome one. I have 38 points saved up with all trees maxed out, and another 15 or so unopened boxes. Will I: 1. Find all my boxes suddenly opened when I log in after AoY goes live? 2. Lose any spec points that YOUR SYSTEM allowed me to accumulate that are over the new cap, before…
The primary color assignment for Starfleet divisions has changed so much over Star Trek's 50 year run; starting with which color looked best against an actor's skin tone or looked best on camera through TOS movie's complete change, to TNG's attempt to bring back the tri color scheme, and to STO's present Red=Tactical,…
You have my vote OP. This is one of the few cruiser designs from the older days of STO that I still love, and I'd snatch up a T6 science-themed variant in a heart beat.
