To my shame I have to admit I've been fooled :D. I spent a good number of seconds thinking WTH are these guys thinking. And then I realized it was a joke. Maybe those people do not have BOFFs stored from before the BOFF revamp. I do and I don't see their abilities just like you. However, after today's patch you can click on create manual and you will see what their abilities are. You can cancel and not create that manual. Don't delete your BOFFs you are losing on their rare…

I've seen this reduced rewards from before the last patch so at least they were not introduced in the last patch. Also, the way the rewards are calculated and displayed has changed a few patches back: it used to show what you will get. Now it shows the base. You only have an issue if the ship you are trying to upgrade is from a different faction. As someone else said the upgrade is done on a single char but it is for the whole account. Do we really get a free ship upgrade token for Veteran 800? I don't see it in the patch notes (did I miss it?) but I got a new accolade upon logging in and I found a ship upgrade box in my mail. Is it going to go to Holodeck as well? If yes, then thank you, it is much appreciated.

Oh, I see... Yes, on a alt below 50 I see the same skill reward as before. So I guess it is not a nerf since it only affects the skill gained after 50 which is new functionality. Oh well, I for one am in no rush to get to 60. Thanks for the info.

I got one. I managed to get the Section 31 uniform but not the Oberth. I had 2 Arc windows opened and the code for Section 31 worked to paste it in the fist one but not the second window. Collector's edition owners got to use RMC from when they bought it until today. In my case that makes it a little over 2 years (bought it from Amazon). Plenty exclusivity if you ask me. Now this is being offered 4 years after said item was put on sale. I for one am glad that other people get to enjoy RMC.

The reman boff from Cutting the cord comes with EGF II.

My reman BOFF on a fed sci works. It triggers the PI on a EGF as expected. I know that for sure as I don't have EGF on my captain and this happened a lot in the battlezone so post S8.

Send a mail to yourself on the toon with the blinking icon. Read it, and wait a while for the new mail to be marked as read (turn from yelow to white). The icon should stop blinking then. The rarity of the BOFF does not matter but the quality of the ability does - just like any other boff ability. Superior Covert Operative is 3.8% while regular is 2.5%. Now if the female is supposed to be (or is) Superior Covert Operative I don't know as I haven't bought it but the % matches the name.

I had 99, it added 30 now I have 129. That only meant +4 DPS for my weapons, so not that much of a difference.

Leadership BOFF is marked as a ground trait. That seem to be the reason why it doesn't appear to work. Sounds like a simple fix, it has been reported several times, no fixes or acknowledgment yet.
