I got the email, entered the code it was accepted. Nothing in-game via mail or the "promotions" tab. When I check my redeemed codes it says I redeemed a code for Neverwinter Strongholds. While I do play Neverwinter (more on the Xbox than PC) that code should have nothing to with Neverwinter. I submitted a ticked. Will see…

I am also willing to participate. I have been in closed alphas and betas. I am aware of procedures for reporting bugs and possible resolutions. Just throwing my hat in there.
