sensor analysis is not a toggle ability, it gets applied to your target when you have them targeted for a set period of time, (10 seconds I believe, but I am probably wrong) next time you target an enemy check the debuffs they have applied to them and you should see sensor analysis on them eventually.

Welcome! its patch day.. this is standard :P if you get to play within the next 2-3 days before they get the servers stable again then consider yourself lucky.

the Romulan Klingon uniforms still have some clipping issues around the back of the neck and shoulders.

Yeah I noticed that too, raced to the character creation screen to see if it was possible to play one... nope, still can't. So had my hopes up then dashed to realize they still can't be played... well played cryptic, well played.. I'm gonna go cry in my closet now.
