First potential solution did not work. I already tried it. Second potential solution is invalid as the box I get from the Zen Store says it's the tier 5 ship but the box opens as a tier 1.

I just got a canned response from them telling me I could pay more to top up the amount to make a second purchase so I sent a response to them asking what my options were for a refund. Never again will I purchase a game card.

For me it looks like Ultimate Pay charged me for the promotional points so I can't use the full $25 on my card. When I used the $20 option, they only left me with 240 points out of 500 for the remainder. I have a similar problem. I purchase Zen for the ship sale, unfortunately while I did get charged my history has the transaction status as "reviewing". It's not my first time purchasing Zen an I never experienced a delay before. I'm hoping that I don't miss the sale.

Yes the DOFF is the right faction and yes that technician does meet the requirement for the last slot. The last slot is "Any" officer with Technician highlighted as contributing to a success with 2 traits listed as bonus towards the success of the mission.
