Will this thread ever be fully solved. I'm having this same problem. Yea, this is not fixed. account is still inactive I was charged, and did file tickets... with no response The problem with the whole "Please contact/File a ticket with/Email so and so" game is that there just isn't anybody on the other line - So, I guess the joke is on us
