• The delta vanguard tech upgrades appear to be bound to character, not bound to account as was promised. I obviously consider this to be a problem.

• Confirming this as well - disappointed, hopefully it's just a bug that will get fixed, these upgrades seemed like a nice little bonus. Hopefully I won't get screwed for having claimed it without knowing it was bugged.
